A guide to the website editor
The Creative Web Design website editor is a database driven, browser based program that will allow you to edit and add content on your website.
Designed to be used by any one who has a PC, the editor is a very simple yet highly effective tool.
With the website editor incorporated into your website you will be able to:
- add and edit all on page text on every page
- add and remove all on-page images
- add lists of items (like this list
- optimise page titles and descriptions
- add tables that can contain your products or price lists
- add new pages and delete old pages
The website editor for your website cannot be accessed by just any one. You will be given a password for the admin section and you should not give this password to anyone.
The editor will also not be acccessable via FTP as the system is our own custom design and will not be shared or hosted on any other server.
